With the complete refurbishment of the listed former post office building and the additional creation of a new building, a mix of modern office spaces, retail, catering and residential units on a total usable space of ca. 17,000 sq. m has been established in the heart of Berlin’s Neukölln district.

Living, working and local grocery stores are combined in an innovative way using sustainable building materials. The social services provider already located in the building retains its premises. In this way, the Alte Post quarter integrates excellently into its surroundings, closes gaps between existing buildings and enhances the historic building fabric of the former post office. The result is modern living and working environments that offer added value for urban communities and our future tenants.

In close collaboration with the district, new living and working spaces were created thanks to the future-oriented project in this trendy district. 4,600 sq. m of office space is currently available for a new tenant. A local organic supermarket started the build-out of the first floor of the historic property in early 2022. Currently, the fully furnished microapartments are being completed and will start being leased in April 2022.
