  • Restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed, the processing is unlawful, we no longer need the data and you object to the deletion because you need the data for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR.
  • Data transferability pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, insofar as you have provided us with personal data within the scope of a consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR or on the basis of a contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and these have been processed by us with the aid of automated processes. In the following, we describe the individual processing operations, the scope and purpose of the data processing, the legal basis, the obligation to provide your data and the respective storage period. An automated decision in individual cases, including profiling, does not take place.

The processing is carried out to protect our overriding legitimate interest in displaying our website and ensuring security and stability on the basis of Art. 6 para. lit. f GDPR. The collection of data and storage in log files is mandatory for operating the website. There is no right to object to the processing due to the exception under Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR. PRESS MAILING LIST

If you register for our press mailing list on our website, we collect your e-mail address as well as your first name, surname and employer. If you don’t object within 24 hours your registration is considered confirmed and we assume that you wish to be included in our mailing list until further notice.

For the distribution of the press releases we are working with a provider that will process your personal information on our behalf pursuant to §28 GDPR. Your data is not provided to any third party.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data for the purposes of the mailing list based on your consent pursuant to §6 section 1 lit. a GDPR. By unsubscribing from the press mailing list, you can withdraw your consent with effect for the future at any time, as outlined in §7 section 3 GDPR. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide your data, however, sending out press releases is not possible without your personal data being provided.
