We are a long-term oriented real estate developer and investor. Together with partners from the institutional investment sector, such as German pension funds and other private investors, we develop modern office properties and urban quarters in German and European metropolises.

We manage the creation of building rights and the realisation of international projects for our growing portfolio. We are currently planning a quarter on a prominent site in Berlin Mitte with 65,000 sqm of land, using an open project development method.

We are convinced that sustainable urban development and positive value development are not mutually exclusive, but rather mutually dependent, and understand sustainability as an integral part of our developments.

In the position as Senior Project Developer, you will manage the creation of building rights and realisation for international quarter and project developments.

Together with external planning teams, you are motivated to drive developments forward under sustainability aspects and according to real estate business requirements.

You will work directly with the Head of Development within our development team. You will independently manage other locations in our portfolio, coordinating with our asset management and investment team.

We offer a challenging and interesting job in an experienced and dynamic team with remuneration in line with performance and the market. The position is to be filled as an unlimited full-time position; alternative working time models can also be considered if you are suitably qualified and motivated. If you are interested, please send us your application documents including your CV and an overview of previous tasks and projects.
