The ensemble, consisting of a historic factory building and a former administrative building from the 1990s right on the Neukölln Ship Canal, has been laboriously refurbished over the past few years. In 2018, a former basement area was repurposed as an adaptable office and event space. A new light concept, homely greenery, an awning and additional bicycle stands significantly upgrade the existing communal spaces. Within a short time, the building has established itself as a magnet for young businesses from the technology, media and telecommunications sector.
