Used exclusively as a single-tenant building until now and characterised by a high vacancy rate, the office building is currently undergoing restructuring into a sustainable office campus. We are developing a flexible spatial concept, extending the possible uses and thus transforming the building into a multi-tenant property.
Open office lofts are being developed alongside classic office units. We are redesigning sanitary and kitchen facilities and thus increasing the quality of time spent there. Green terraces and the reopening of the canteen with a modern operator concept are just as much a part of our plans as the opening of an access path shortening the route to public transport, as well as a new concept for car and bicycle parking.
