We have extensively modernized the building, which had previously only been used by a single-tenant with a high vacancy rate. We have revitalized it as a multi-tenant property with a flexible space concept with green outdoor areas and a canteen. In addition, the connection to the public transport system was improved by a new route concept.

We were able to fully let the existing building and will expand it by an additional 6700 square meters of new development. This new development will offer a modern life science mix with laboratories. Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2023, with an expected completion date in the summer of 2024.
