In 2017, we were able to reposition the once largely disused building as an office location for companies from the tech and creative sector at the sought-after Berlin-Kreuzberg location.
By dismantling and reconfiguring attic space into a generously sized loft office, additional tenants could be generated. The establishment of a new office construction in the inner-courtyard area will over the coming years see around 2,200 sq. m of additional modern office space. Catering, shopping and an event location revitalise the ground floor.
