This multi-tenant building from the 1990s is located within an established office setting. A new color concept including facade painting and an upgrade of the communal spaces via a modern orientation system formed the first step in the development following our purchase in 2018.

With the creation of terrace areas on a projecting roof on the first floor, not only is the whole ensemble more attractive for current tenants, but new lease contracts were also won.
