Mike Schreurs: Relevant trends and themes shaping the future of real estate are key elements of our investment strategy
Munich/Berlin, 24 August 2022.
Effective August 1, 2022, Mike Schreurs joins Coros as Managing Director and will be responsible for the company’s investment activities. The investment specialist joins from PATRIZIA Alternative Investments where he almost spent a decade and successfully closed strategic corporate and real estate acquisitions worth over EUR 10 billion. Mike started his career at Morgan Stanley. He holds a degree in business administration, an MBA from the University of Cambridge and is a CFA Charterholder. In this newly created role Mike is assuming overall responsibility for our investment activities.
